- These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of custom patches, embroidered keychains, and related products (“Products”).
By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Order Placement
Orders are confirmed upon receiving your deposit or full payment, as specified in your invoice.
All orders must include final artwork approval before production begins.
Custom designs are created based on the specifications provided by the customer. We are not responsible for any errors in artwork or design once the sample has been approved.
Minimum order quantities or specific requirements may apply depending on product type.
3. Payment Terms
Payments can be made through our accepted methods (PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).
A deposit is required to start the order.
Once production begins, deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The full balance must be paid before shipment.
In case of non-payment, your order may be delayed or canceled without refund of deposit.
4. Sample Policy
We provide digital sample images for customer approval before full production.
Deposits are 100% refundable if you are not satisfied with the sample images.
Once you approve the sample, full production begins, and the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Changes requested after sample approval may incur additional charges.
5. Production & Delivery
Standard production time varies between 7–15 business days after final approval and payment confirmation.
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters).
Free worldwide shipping may apply to qualifying orders as stated on our website.
6. Returns & Refunds
As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or significantly different from the approved sample.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and order details.
7. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted artwork, logos, or designs do not infringe on any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights.
By submitting your design, you grant us a non-exclusive right to reproduce your design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We may showcase your custom patches on our website or social media for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or import fees (if applicable), which are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
We strive for perfection, but we cannot be held liable for:
Minor variations in color, size, or texture due to manufacturing processes.
Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used solely for order processing, communication, and shipping purposes.
We do not share your data with third parties except as required to complete your order.
